摘　　要：通过对海南省工程建设地方标准DBJ 19—2011生活垃圾卫生填埋场运行监管标准的解读,从监管主体、形式、内容及程序,以及填埋场运行条件、运行过程污染控制、安全生产与劳动保护等方面论述了生活垃圾填埋场运行监管的要点与特点。With the interpretation of the local engineering construction standard in Hainan, that is, Standard for Operation Supervision of Municipal Solid Waste Sanitary Landfill （DBJ 19--2011） , the elements and characteristics of operation supervision of domestic waste sanitary landfill site were discussed from several aspects, such as subject, form, content and procedure of the supervision, operation conditions, pollution control, safety production and labor protection of the landfill site, and so on.
