摘 要:以江汉平原常见厚淤泥小型池塘为研究对象,以放养鳙的混养池塘为对照,于2009年4-12月研究主养草鱼混养匙吻鲟的池塘中浮游生物的变化,结果表明:浮游植物中蓝藻、绿藻的数量在试验期间较高,处于优势地位,但裸藻生物量对浮游植物生物量的贡献最大;浮游动物的生物量和数量在6-8月份处于高峰期,但总体处于较低水平;试验期间小型浮游生物(小型浮游植物和小型原生动物)数量增加,并占据优势;氮磷比与绿藻、裸藻的生物量显著相关;匙吻鲟放养池塘中的浮游生物与鳙放养池塘中的差异不明显.可见,在江汉平原常见厚淤泥小型池塘中混养匙吻鲟是可行的.This paper studies the plankton community of paddlefish (Polyodon spathula) polyculture ponds in comparison with big- head carp (Aristichthys nobilis) polyculture pond from April to December in 2009. In terms of number, the species of Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta dominated the community of phytoplankton during the experiment. However, Euglenophyta was the most important components of the phytoplankton community in terms of biomass. The high clays of number and biomass of the zooplankton in 5 ponds were from June to August. However, the number and biomass of zooplankton in 5 ponds were at low level monthly. The mini- type plankton ( minitype phytoplankton and minitype protozoa) increased during the experiment. The changes of biomass of Cldoro- phyta and Euglenophyta in 5 ponds had significant correlation with N/P. Plankton insignificantly differed between paddlefish culture pond and A. nob///s pond. It was suggested that stocking paddlefish as the assistant cultured species in small deep-sullage ponds common in Jianghan Plain is practicable.
