摘　　要：目的探讨应用岛状筋膜瓣联合任意全厚皮片移植,覆盖额颞部钛网外露的临床效果。方法对76例钛网修补术后,因钛网外皮肤感染、缺血坏死等原因造成皮肤缺损的患者,选择颞浅筋膜行岛状筋膜瓣转移,联合任意全厚皮片移植术进行修复,观察患者术后皮瓣存活及并发症发生情况。结果 76例患者转移筋膜瓣及全厚皮片全部存活,仅1例出现颞部皮肤边缘洞穿性瘘口,经换药及缝合后痊愈。随访时间3个月至3年,本组均未出现钛网外露、感染及皮下积液等现象,所植皮片周围瘢痕平软,创面外形丰满,富有弹性,复原效果满意。供瓣区毛发生长正常,瘢痕掩盖较好。结论选取颞浅筋膜作岛状筋膜瓣转移,联合任意全厚皮片移植,是修复额颞部钛网外露的有效方法,其损伤小,外观恢复好,患者满意度高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the transplant, which used island fascia flap combined with full thick skin graft to cover the exposed titanium nets of fronto-temporal side. Methods For 76 patients whose skin has been defected by skin infections outside the titanium mesh, avaseular necrosis, after titanium mesh repairing operation, apply island fascia flap combined with full thick skin graft transplation operation of superficial temporal fascia to repair it and investigate wether the flap is survive or not and other complications＇ situations Results All 76 eases of transplanted fascia flap and full thick skin graft survived. Only one patient had a penetrating hole at the edge of temporal region. It finally healed after continually dressing change and surgical sutures. The period of following-up was 3 months to 3 years. Nobody had one of the phenomenons for uncovered titanium nets, subcutaneous hydrops and skin infection. The surrounding scar of transplanted flap was planus and soft, the surface of wound was fleshy and supple. The shape recovered well. The hair in the part of supplying flap grew naturally. The sear had been covered. Conclusion In the situation of ogtemporal areag titanium nets exposing, full thick skin graft and island fascia flap transplanted operation is a feasible method. It not only had a less damage, but also had a good appearance. Patients＇ degree of satisfaction was high.
