股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价股骨近端锁定型钢板(LPFP)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效及并发症。方法对2009年1月至2011年3月使用股骨近端锁定型钢板治疗的老年股骨转子间骨折患者65例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有65病例患者均获得随访,平均随访时间为11个月。骨折临床愈合时间平均12周。无钢板及螺钉脱出、断裂、内固定物松动、骨折不愈合或延迟愈合、髋内翻畸形等情况发生。治疗后Harris评分:优46例,良14例,可5例,优良率为92.9%。结论 LPFP是一种的治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的有效方法,具有内固定牢固、操作方法简便等优点。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and complication of locking proximal femoral plate （LPFP） in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Totally 65 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with LPFP from January 2009 to March 2010. Results All the cases were followed up,average period was 11 months. The average healing time was 12 weeks. No case of plate and screw extrusion, rupture, loose, bone nonunion and delayed union, hip varus was observed. There were 46 excellent cases, 14 good cases, 5 fair cases,the excellence and good rate was 92.9% according to Harris evaluation. Conclusion With the advantages of stable internal fixation and easy manipulation, LPFP is an effective method to treat elderly intertrochanteric fracture
