摘　　要：通过应用认知调整技术和情绪释放技术对一名学生个体危机进行相关干预,介绍了危机干预的操作流程。着重描述了如何将个案个体的认知、情感和行为指标纳入整体的应激人群心理行为数据中的相关操作,意在通过建立危机事件后应激人群心理行为数据库,构建心理危机干预诊断支持系统。The individual crisis of one student is made corresponding intervention by applying cognitive adjusting technology and emotional releasing technology. It introduces the operating flow of crisis intervention. It mainly describes the related operation on how to bring case individual index of cognition, emotion and behavior into the whole psychological behavior data of stress groups. It aims at constructing the supporting system of intervention and diagnosis for psychological crisis by establishing psychological behavior database for stress groups after crisis event.
