摘　　要：岛礁区、渔网区、浅水区和狭水道等复杂海区是船舶事故频发的危险区域。文章介绍了复杂海区船舶航行特点及其对船舶航行安全的影响,并根据海区特点和航行条件,提出了相应的航行指挥与操纵方法,以确保船舶在复杂海区的航行安全。Island areas, fishing areas, shallow waters and narrow waterways constitute the high-risk areas. Based on an introduction of the characteristics of vessels sailing in the complex area as well as the influence upon navigation safety, this article, combined with the characteristics of the sea area and the navigation condition, puts forward the corresponding methods of navigation command and control so as to ensure the navigation safety in the complex area.
