摘　　要：从C4ISR体系结构信息流复杂性的定义出发,分析了信息流复杂性的表现以及复杂性的影响因素;结合体系结构产品和数据,根据复杂网络度量的指标和方法,从静态和动态复杂性出发,提出了信息流复杂性的评估过程和评估算法。By introducing the conception of C4ISR architecture information flow complexity, theperformances of the information floW complexity and factors affecting the information flow complexity are analyzed. The complexity is divided into the static complexity and the dynamic complexity based on the indexes and the methodology of complex network measurement theory. Finally, the assessment process and the assessment algorithm for the information flow complexity are studied with the architecture products and their data.
