内眦韧带释放矫治内眦赘皮同期重睑成形术

摘　　要：目的：探讨一种更为有效实用的内眦赘皮的矫正方法。方法：采用内眦韧带释放矫治内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术共286例，获得完整随访的219例，其中女性193例，男性26例。结果：本组所有病例均获得随访，随访3个月～2年，术后受术者睑裂加长，内眦间距适中，外形美观。早期部分病例可见内眦部瘢痕增生，3～6个月后瘢痕增生消退，术后遗留瘢痕不明显。结论：本方法手术设计简单，手术操作容易，损伤较小，术后瘢痕不明显，术后内眦赘皮矫正彻底，内眦形态满意，是矫正单睑合并内眦赘皮的简单有效的方法。Objective This report is to investigate an effective method to correct the medial epicanthus. Methods 286 patients were performed with our modified horizontal incision with double eyelid surgery, female 193 cases and male 26 cases. Results All of the patients were followed up from 3 months to 2 years after surgery. All the patients had a lengthened eye, and inter medial canthus lengths were appropriate. In the early period the scar was obvious, but after 3-6 months the scar was diminished and invisible. Conclusions The design of our method is simple and the procedure is easy to handle. Scar is not obvious with the complete correction of the epicanthus. The patients were satisfied with the new shape of the medial canthus. So we considered this procedure combined double eyelid surgery is an effective and convenient method although it is not perfect.
