摘　　要：目的：探索一种效果良好的唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸形手术方法。方法：通过广泛地松解、大翼软骨悬吊和耳甲软骨移植技术来使错位组织复位，并加强发育不良鼻软骨的支持作用及假体移植抬高鼻翼基部。结果：本组46例唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸形患者通过上述方法进行手术矫正获得良好效果。结论：广泛彻底的松解、大翼软骨悬吊联合软骨移植加强大翼软骨支持作用及假体移植抬高鼻翼基部是确保唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸形手术获得良好手术效果的关健。Objetive To explore an effective method to correct nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip operation. Methods To reestablish rhino-labia soft tissue by extensive rhino-labia lysis,greater alar cartilage suspl and enhance dysplasia nasal cartilage with auricular concha cartilage grafting;to raise nasal wing base by prosthesis implantation. Results 46 patients with nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip operation abtain good result with this correcting method. Conclusions The keys to gain a good result in correcting nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip operation include： extensive rhino-labia lysis,greater alar cartilage suspl,enhancement of dysplasia nasal cartilage with auricular concha cartilage grafting and raising nasal wing base by prosthesis implantation.
