摘　　要：目的：探讨应用鼻唇沟双叶瓣瓦合法修复鼻翼组织缺损的手术方法及疗效。方法：切取鼻翼组织缺损同侧鼻唇沟双叶皮瓣，分别作为外被皮肤和衬里，经瓦合后插入鼻翼缺损侧鼻翼沟进行修复，供区直接拉拢缝合。结果：自2008年5月以来，应用该方法修复先天性鼻翼缺损9例，鼻唇沟双叶瓣完全成活，鼻翼外形良好，供区瘢痕不明显。结论：鼻唇沟双叶瓣距鼻翼缺损部位近，具有血供丰富，皮瓣颜色、质地好，供区可直接拉拢缝合等优点，经瓦合缝合后可较好的恢复鼻翼外形。Objective To discuss the method of repairing partial alar defect with the double leaf disc by nasolabial fold flap. Methods 9 cases of congenital defect of alae nasi were treated with the approach of nasolabial bilobed fold flap. First,we cut out the alar defects along ajar groove to reset soft tissue of nasal, then utilized nasolabial flaps to repair this defect. Results All cases were available for 3 to 18 month＇s follow-up, all the flaps were survived and the scar at the donor site was neglected. They were satisfied with the outline of external nose. Conclusion This method is simple and effect for congenital defect of alae nasi.
