口服中药联合免疫调节剂治疗寻常型白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：选择促进色素生成的中药组成方剂，观察口服中药复方加免疫调节剂治疗白癜风的t临床疗效。方法：172例门诊白癜风患者，随机分成两组：治疗组87例，中药方剂水煎服，每日1剂，分早晚服，0．1％他克莫司软膏外用，每日2次，卡介菌多糖注射液2ml肌注，隔日1次；对照组85例，O．1％他克莫司软膏外用，每日2次，卡介菌多糖注射液2ml肌注，隔日1次。两组治疗3个月后判定疗效。结果：治疗组显效率为55．1％，对照组显效率为40．O％，两组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；治疗组总有效率96．5％，对照组总有效率94．1％，两组相比无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：选择对酪氨酸酶有激活作用及具有致色素作用的中药配合免疫调节剂治疗白癜风具有较好疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of pigmentation combined immunomodulator in the treatment for vit Traditional Chinese medicine which can promote go. Methods 172 out-patients with vitiligo were divided into two groups： 87 cases in therapeutic group were treated with the prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine combined Tacrofimus and Polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus; 85 cases in control group were treated with Tacrolimus and Polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus. Therapeutic effect in both groups was evaluated after three months. Results The excellent rate was 55.1% in therapeutic group, and was 40% in the control group. Statistical significance of difference was observed between both groups （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in therapeutic group and control group were 96.5% and 94.1%, respectively.There was no statistical significance between both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicines which can activate tyrosinase and enhance pigmentation, combined with immunomodulator, are effective in treating vitiligo.
