7种牙膏在体外对齿龈内阿米巴的作用效果

摘　　要：通过体外传代培养齿龈内阿米巴,以甲苯胺蓝染液为指示剂测试7种不同牙膏及相同牙膏不同混悬度在体外对齿龈内阿米巴的作用效果。在浓度分别是3%、5%、7%、9%混悬度下不同的牙膏对齿龈内阿米巴的致死时间差距很大。在体外对齿龈内阿米巴杀伤效果最好的牙膏是佳洁士(晚装),最差的是冷酸灵去渍亮白。Entamoeba gingivalis（Eg） was in vitro cultured and toluidine blue was used as the indicator in the study of the effect of seven different toothpastes at different concentrations in the inhibition of Eg in vitro.Under the concentration of 3%,5%,7%,9% of the species of toothpaste,the lethal time was greatly different.The most effective toothpaste was Jiajieshi（night use）,the least was Lengsuanling（bright white）.
