摘　　要：目的制订日本遗弃在华化学武器(JACW)运输过程中防化卫勤保障措施。方法调查JACW种类,分析预测JACW运输过程中可能存在的风险。结果 JACW在运输过程中可能存在泄露、爆炸等风险,致伤因素多,伤员伤情复杂,救治困难。结论提出建立三级医疗保障体系、制订详细保障方案、储备足量特效药品和装备、加强教育培训和开展训练演练等应对措施。Objective To formulate measures of health service support during JACW transportation.Methods The types of JACW were investigated and the possible risks were analyzed and evaluated in the course of JACW transportation.Results During JACW transportation,a series of causative factors such as leakage and explosion might happen,making treatment more difficult.Conclusion The establishment of the three-grade medical care assurance system,detailed emergency countermeasures,enough antidotes and equipment,necessary education and training play an important in keeping JACW safe during transportation.
