剖宫产围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对剖宫产围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:对300例剖宫产术的孕足月产妇的护理资料进行回顾性分析。按照孕妇住院号的奇偶分成护理干预组(试验组)和非干预组(对照组),均为150例,非干预组予以常规剖宫产护理,而干预组予以防止下肢深静脉血栓形成等干预护理措施,比较两组产妇术后6 d内下肢肿胀、疼痛、下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞的发生率情况。结果:两组均未发生围手术期死亡,非干预组出现1例肺栓塞,1例下肢深静脉血栓形成,而干预组未出现肺栓塞情况及下肢深静脉血栓形成。两组的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产围手术期进行护理干预可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing intervention on cesarean section perioperative prevention of deep venous thrombosis formation.Methods 300 cases of cesarean section of the hospital care of the pregnant term maternal information were retrospectively analyzed. In accordance with the number of pregnant women in our hospital parity divided into care in the intervention group（experimental group） and non-intervention group（control group）,the number of cases were 150 cases of non-intervention group received routine cesarean section care,the intervention group to be to prevent lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the intervention nursing interventions,the two groups were compared the incidence of maternal postoperative 6 days of lower limb swelling,pain,deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Results There was no occurrence of perioperative death,non-intervention group one cases of pulmonary embolism,one cases of deep venous thrombosis,while the intervention group does not appear to pulmonary embolism,and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.The incidence of the two groups were significantly different,with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of cesarean section perioperative nursing intervention can be effective in preventing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
