兔F型多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及其致病性

摘　　要：对从山东某獭兔养殖场病死仔兔肺中分离的1株疑为巴氏杆菌菌株进行了菌落形态学观察及培养特性、革兰氏染色、生化反应、仔兔致病性回归试验、小鼠毒力试验,并采用PCR方法对该分离株进行了种属及荚膜血清型鉴定。结果显示,该分离菌株革兰氏染色阴性,生化试验及PCR鉴定结果显示为F型多杀性巴氏杆菌,能引起獭兔仔兔肺出血、坏死,并致部分仔兔死亡。表明该分离菌株为比较少见的兔F型多杀性巴氏杆菌。A strain of suspicious Pasteurella multocida was isolated from the lung of young rabbit, which was collected from a rabbit farm in Changyi of Weifang province, and identified by colonial morpho- logy,culture characteristic, Gram staining, biochemistry reaction, pathogenicity regression test on young rabbits and virulence test of mouse, then the strain was identified by species-specific and capsule serological type PCR. The results indicated that the strain was Gram-negative. And biochemistry reaction and PCR re- sults showed that the strain was serogroup F P. multocida,which caused lung hemorrhage and necrosis of young rabbits, and lethiferous to part of rabbits. Therefore, the results showed that the strain was a rare P. multocida serotype F of rabbit.
