摘  要:运用系统动力学方法,对大企业集群技术创新动力的相关因素进行分析,构建了大企业集群技术创新动力的因果关系图与系统动力学模型。采用Vensim建模软件作为工具,以山东钢铁大企业集群为典型案例进行了仿真模拟。仿真模拟结果显示,随着创新动力总体趋势的增加,科技人才投入、科研经费投入力度、新产品产值以及税收也随之增加;对某一特定状态下的创新动力,科研经费投入力度和市场集中度是集群创新的主要动力源。并进一步提出相关的政策建议。Related factors on technology innovation power of large enterprise cluster were analyzed by using the system dynamical method. The causal diagram and the system dynamical model on technology innovation power of large enterprise cluster was constructed. The modeling software Vensim was used as a tool. Shandong Iron and Steel large enterprise cluster was simulated as a typical case. Simulation results show that science and technology talents, investment funds for scientific research,new product output value and pay taxes increase with the innovation power increasing, and investment funds for scientific research and market concentration degree are two main power sources of cluster innovation for a particular state of the innovation power. The paper further puts forward the related policY proposal.
