摘  要:利用微量热仪在310K条件下,测定N,N-二烷基咪唑磷酸酯类离子液体存在下大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌生长代谢的热功率-时间曲线,运用Logistic方程计算相对应的细菌生长速率常数。实验结果表明N,N-二烷基咪唑磷酸酯类离子液体对细菌生长具有抑制作用,而且随着阳离子咪唑环上烷基侧链的增长,抑制效果越明显.这一研究为离子液体应用的绿色环保评估提供了参考数据.Ionic liquids (ILs) have been widely applied in the studies of organic synthesis, catalysis, separation process, and so on. Therefore, it is important to know the effects of ILs on environments in their application process. The anti-microbial activities of the three N, N-dialkylimidazolium dialkylphosphate ionic liquids (ILs) on the growth of a group of Escherichia coil, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were studied through a static ampoule method with a TAM Air Isothermal Microcalorimeter at 310 K. The bacterial growth rate constants were determined based on the bacterial growth power-time curves. The results indicate that the ILs studied show inhibition activities on bacteria. Moreover, the inhibitory effects of ionic liquids containing the same anion increase with the alkyl chain length of the imidazolium ring. This type of proactive approach could help assessing of the greenness of the ILs to be used in the future.
