摘　　要：干式变压器的安全、可靠运行很大程度上取决于变压器绕组的绝缘安全,绕组温度超过绝缘材料的耐受温度是造成干式变压器绝缘损坏的主要因素之一。设计和开发了一套10kV干式变压器温度在线监测系统,硬件采用基于ZigBee的无线温度传感器,实时获取干式变压器各相温度等相关数据,通过IEC60870-5-104传输规约将数据传输至监控中心。利用LabVIEW软件编制干式变压器温度在线监测系统软件,对干式变压器运行状态进行评价,实现温度报警与故障预警等功能。通过现场测试及联网运行,证实系统具有良好的可靠性和实时性。The safe and reliable operation of dry-type transformer depends largely on the insulation safety of the transformer winding. One of the most important factors that can damage the insulation of dry-type transformer is that winding coils＇ temperature exceeds the temperature tolerance of insulating material. Therefore, an on-line temperature monitoring system for 10kV dry-type transformers is developed. The system is composed of ZigBee- based wireless temperature sensors, it could get the real-time temperature data of each phase of dry-type transformer. The data would be transferred to the monitor center by IEC60870-5-104 transmission protocol. The system software is combined by LabVIEW software. Moreover, the functions of temperature alarm and fault warning are realized by assessing the transformer＇s operating states with comprehensive evaluation methods. It is proved that the system possesses strong reliability and flexibility in practical use.
