九虫丹对高脂血症模型大鼠血流变影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察九虫丹对实验性高脂血症大鼠的血流变的影响。方法:用高脂饲料制作大鼠高脂血症模型。造模同时开始给药,每天给药1次,连续给药10周。观察药物对血液流变学的影响。结果:给药组的全血黏度(低切、中切),血浆黏度和血球容积都明显下降。结论:九虫丹对实验性高脂血症大鼠血流变指标有明显改善作用。Objective：To observe the effects of Jiuchongdan on hemorheology of experimental hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods：Rats were fed with fatty forage for ten weeks to make the models of hyperlipidemia, simultaneously, Jiuchong- dan was given to model rats once a day. Ten weeks after the administration of Jiuchongdan, the serum levels of hemo- theological indexes were assayed. Resuhs：Jiuchongdan could significantly decrease the whole blood low and middle shear viscosity. Conclusion：The effects of Jiuchongdan on hemorheology index of rats with experimental hyperlipidemia are obvious.
