枳朴中空栓制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:确定枳朴中空栓制备工艺。方法:采用甘油明胶和半合成脂肪酸甘油酯(36型)作为中空栓基质,考察栓剂的外观形态和融变时限,确定枳朴中空栓栓剂基质,中空栓外壳中药物与基质按10∶1,8∶1,5∶1,4∶1,3∶1配比混合均匀,确定最佳配比。结果:确定枳朴中空栓栓剂基质为半合成脂肪酸甘油酯(36型)。药物与基质最佳配比为5:1。结论:按确定的工艺制备的枳朴中空栓含药量高,简便快捷,可用于大生产。Objective： To determine preparation technology of Zhipu Zhongkong suppository. Methods： To study the ma- trix of Zhongkong suppository and the best proportion of drug and matrix by the characteristics and softening time. Resuits： The optimum matrix was synthersis fatty acid and the optimum proportion was 5： 1. Conclusion： This preparation technology is simple, convenient and fit for the production.
