摘　　要：目的:优选桂苓五味甘草汤的水提取工艺。方法:以出膏率、浸出物百分含量和五味子醇甲含量为指标,通过正交试验考察桂苓五味甘草汤回流提取工艺条件。结果:加水量有显著性影响,提取次数和提取时间无显著性影响。结论:最佳工艺条件是加水10倍量,回流提取2次,每次1.5h。Objective： To study the optimal extraction process of Guiling Wuwei Gancao Decoction Paste. Methods： The optimal extraction process was selected with L9 （34） orthogonal design. The rate of extraction,the percentage composition of extractive and the content of schizandrin in the extract were determined. Results： The main factors was influenced by the quantity of water. Conclusion： The optimal extraction process is extraction for two times with 10 times water and 1.5h once.
