摘  要:目的:建立同时测定清热灵颗粒中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相:乙腈-0.5%三乙胺水溶液(磷酸调pH至3.05)(30:70)。检测波长为277nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果:黄芩苷线性范围为1.65~105.57μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.94%,RSD为0.39%(n=6);连翘苷线性范围为1.63~104.55μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.00%,RSD为0.46%(n=6)。结论:方法简便可靠,结果重现性好,为控制清热灵颗粒的内在质量提供了科学依据。Objective :To establish a method for determination of the content of baicalin and forsythin in Qingreling Gran- ules by HPLC. Methods:The Kromasll Cls column (250 mm×4. 6 mm ,5μm)was used,The mobile phase was aeetonitrile - 0. 5% trlethylamine(adjust pH to 3.05 with phosphoric acid) (30:70). The detection wavelength was at 277 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -l . The temperature of the column at 25℃. Results: the linear range for baicalin and forsythin was 1.65-105.57 μg·ml-1 ( r = 0. 9999) and1.63-104. 55 μg·nd - 1( r=0. 9999 ) , the average recovery was 98.94% ( RSD 0. 39%, n = 6 ) and 99.00% ( RSD0. 46%, n = 6). Conclusion: Tile method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be applied to the quality control of Qingreling Granules.
