摘  要:介绍了采用粉末压片制样,X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿石样品中的化学成分,然后用方差分析法对测定结果进行统计检验的方法。实验使用铁精粉和磁铁矿按照1∶1的比例混合配制成1#和2#两个试验样品,经过研磨和压片后,在样品的4个水平(方向)上各测定5次,利用MINITAB软件对试验数据进行方差分析,结果表明1#样品不均匀,2#样品均匀。根据统计量F比值可知Fe元素的可靠性最好。同时,采用国家标准方法(GB/T 6730.5-2007)对1#和2#试验样品中TFe含量各测定10次,得到标准偏差分别为0.16%和0.044%,与该方法给出的实验室内标准偏差(0.055%)比较后,进一步证明了用本文的方法检验铁矿石样品的均匀性是可行的。The chemical composition of iron ore sample was determined by X-ray fluorescence spec- trometry with pressed poweler pellet. Then, the statistical test of determination results was conducted by variance analysis. Two testing samples were prepared by mixing iron concentrate powder with magnetite at the ratio of 1:1. After grinding and pressing, the samples were determined for 20 times in four levels (five times for each level). The variance analysis of determination results by MINITAB software showed that the sample 1 # was nonuniform and sample 2# was uniform. According to the statistic of F value, it could be seen that the reliability of Fe was the best. Meanwhile, the content of TFe in samples 1# and 2# were determined for 10 times by national standard method (GB/T 6730.5--2007) with standard deviations 0.16 % and 0. 04%, respectively. Through comparison with standard deviation (0. 055 %) within laboratories, it was further proved that the examination of iron ore sample uniformity by this method was feasible.
