摘  要:按照国家标准用高频红外吸收法测定了普碳钢中硫含量并对影响测定结果的不确定度各个因素如质量,温度,体积,标样重复测定以及仪器校正等方面进行分析。经过分析得出测定结果的不确定度主要来源于试样称量、标准溶液配制、校准曲线拟合、仪器的分辨率和测量重复性。按照不确定度评定步骤,计算出各个不确定度分量并将其合成,求得了扩展不确定度,为测定的准确性提供了理论基础。According to national standard GB/T4699.4--2008, the content of sulfur in straight carbon steel was determined by high frequency infrared absorption method. The factors influencing the uncertainty of determination results were analyzed, such as weight, temperature, volume, repeatability determination of standard sample and instrumental correction. It could be found that the uncertainty of determination results was mainly from the sample weighing, preparation of standard solution, fitting of calibration curve, resolution ratio of instrument and repeatability of determination. According to the evaluation procedures of uncertainty, each uncertainty component was calculated and combined to obtain expanded uncertainty, which provided theoretical basis for the accuracy of determination.
