摘  要:以机床矩形滑动导轨为背景,基于单位面积垫块的结合面基础特性数据识别方法以及等效单自由度系统理论,设计了一套用于测试滑动状态结合面动态特性参数的机械装置和数据采集分析系统。运用Labview软件结合等效单自由度系统理论以及振动测试工具对机械装置进行扫频振动测试以获得结合面的单位面积刚度和阻尼。实验装置能够调节运动速度、结合面压力和接触材料以及润滑条件,测试滑动结合面在不同情况下的动态特性参数,获得完整的滑动结合面力学特性数据,为建立完整、实用的结合面特征参数库打下良好基础。With rectangular guide of a machine tool as an object,based on the method of recognizing joint's basic characteristics data for unit area pad and the theory of equivalent single degree of freedom system,a mechanical experimental device and data acquisition analysis system was designed for testing the dynamic characteristics of sliding joint.In order to obtain the unit area stiffness and damping of the joint surface mechanical device was tested with sweep vibration using Labview software combines the equivalent single degree of freedom system theory as well as vibration testing tools.The experimental device was able to change the movement speed,the surface pressure and the contact materials as well as lubrication conditions and test the dynamic parameters of the slide joint surface under different circumstances in order to get the complete sliding joint's mechanical properties data,which may lay a good foundation for establishing the complete,practical database of characteristic parameters of the joint.
