摘　　要：在建立信用档案的过程中,部分问题难以用传统方法解决,需要建立信用档案泛在网及其相应的信用档案动态资源库,为此,应尽量采用大众已普遍了解的互联网及物联网的相关技术、软件和设备。该结论及其相关解决方案的应用在档案普及教育领域内具有广泛性。Some problems existing in the course of setting up credit archives are difficult to solve by traditional means. So it needs to build an ubiquitous network and the corresponding dynamic resource database of credit archives. Therefore, the well-known techniques, soflwares and apparatus of lnternet and Internet of Things should be adopted. The application of this conclusion and its corresponding solution has universality in the field of the general archives education.
