摘 要:采用可剔除环境因素和随机干扰影响的三阶段DEA方法,对2007年~2009年我国30个省市批零业的投入产出效率进行实证研究。结果表明:我国批零业2008年的投入产出效率高于2007和2009年,整体的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均相对较高,但不同省市之间存在明显差异,东部地区最优,西部次之,中部最差。剔除环境因素和随机干扰影响后,能显著提高我国批零业的投入产出效率,说明用传统DEA模型的研究结果不能正确揭示批零业的实际投入产出效率。The three-stage DEA model, capable of deleting environmental effect and statistical noise, is used to study the input-output efficiency of wholesale and retail industry in China' s 30 provinces from 2007 to 2009. The empirical results show that, firstly, the input-output efficiency in 2008 is the highest; second- ly, the technical efficiency, the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency of wholesale and retail in- dustry are relatively high; thirdly, the difference between provinces and regions is obvious. The efficiency of the eastern region is the best while that of the central region is the worst. The efficiency is obviously im- proved by deleting environmental effect and statistical noise influencing it, and in other words, the traditional DEA model usually underestimates the real input-output efficiency.
