摘　　要：现代城市水务工程建设由于受建设目标多、工程类型多、专业门类多、技术更新周期短、涉及部门多、社会影响因素多等因素的影响和制约,工程进度管理与控制的难度较大.通过相关分析与实践,建立了现代城市水务工程建设进度管理与控制的对策与措施体系,主要包括行政管理体制变革、组织机构建设、人才队伍建设、内部管理模式创新、对外激励机制应用、信息技术应用等6个方面的内容.这些对策与措施可有效促进城市水务工程建设的进度管理与控制水平,保证城市水务事业的长足发展.Due to multiple construction targets, more project types, more professional categories, shorter technology updates cycle, more involved departments, more social influence factors and other reasons, project construction process schedule management and control of modern urban water engineering construction is more difficult. Through correlation analysis and project practice, control countermeasures and measure systems for construction process schedule management and control for it is established, mainly including administrative management system reform, organization construction, talent team construction, interior management pattern innovation, external incentive mechanism application, the application of information technology. These measures can effectively promote process schedule management and control level for modern urban water engineering construction, and ensure the stronger development of urban water projects.
