摘　　要：本文归纳了多年来环保信息系统建设的四种模式,并对它们的特点、适用条件及优劣比对作了论述。This paper summarizes the environmental and summarized in four construction modes of information technology systems in years, and their characteristics, conditions of application, advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
