服用加替沙星片导致甲状腺功能异常1例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨因服用加替沙星片导致患者甲状腺功能异常的检测及其临床意义,为临床选用药及药物安全评价提供依据.方法用ACS：180SE全自动化学发光免疫分析仪对患者血清标本进行检测分析.结果患者服用加替沙星片后,出现甲状腺功能异常,总甲状腺素为25.5 nmol/L,促甲状腺素为8.08 mIU/L,停药后患者甲状腺功能恢复正常.结论临床应重视加替沙星的不良反应,以确保用药安全.Objective To study inspection of thyroxine function abnormal cased by Gatifloxacin tablets and its clinical significance, which can provide basis for selecting medicines. Method To detect and analyze the serum sample with Bayer ACS ： 180SE automated chemil- uminescenee system. Results Thyroxine function is abnormal after patient takes Gatifloxaein tablets. T4 is 25. 5 nmol/L, TSH is 8. 08 mIU/L, others is normal. Conclusion So we should pay more attention to abnormal reaction to ensure salty of taking medicines.
