摘 要:建立坚强的智能电网,要求在电网发生大扰动和故障时,仍能保持对用户的供电能力。雷电灾害作为电网稳定运行的重大隐患,一直被人们所重视。我国电力系统率先并持续开展了雷电监测,并建有覆盖国土面积大部分的全国雷电监测网。加强电网的雷电监测与防护,能够保证电网安全,减少雷害事故。全面介绍了中国智能电网雷电监测的现状,提出了电网雷电监测与防护技术领域亟待开展研究的4项关键技术,为科学评价输电线路雷电屏蔽措施的屏蔽效能提供有效手段,并为中国相关防雷标准和规程的制修订提供基础参数和依据。To establish a strong smart grid, it is needed to require the grid remain on power supply capacity when a major disturbance or failure occurs. As one of the major risks to the grid stable operation, lightning has been valued for a long time. China's electric power system is the first to ongoing monitoring of lightning, and buih the national lightning monitoring network which covered most of the land area To ensure network security, reduce lightning disturbance, it is necessary to strengthen the power grid monitoring and lightning protection. A comprehensive overview of the status of lightning monitoring and protection technology for smart grid is made. The four key technology needed to research were proposed in the area of transmission line network lightning monitoring and protection, the conclusion was helpful to provide effective means to evaluate scientifically the transmission line lightning shielding effectiveness of shielding measures, and provide the basis system parameters to make the lightning protection standards and procedures.
