摘  要:为提高移动模架在外海桥梁中的施工效率和工程质量,结合跨海大桥移动模架施工PC连续箱梁的施工经验及海上施工特点,从移动模架过跨行走、安装和拆除、混凝土浇筑、裂缝预防和控制和曲线桥施工等方面探讨了移动模架施工外海PC连续箱梁的关键工艺。新工艺在跨海大桥连续箱梁施工中的应用结果表明,新工艺不仅可以提高施工效率、工程质量和施工安全,还能节省施工成本、缩短施工工期,有效地解决了常规工艺下的各种难题,充分发挥了移动模架在海上施工的优越性,对其它类似桥梁的施工具有一定的借鉴作用。In order to improve the construction efficiency and engineering quality of the movable scaffolding system in open sea,combining with construction experience of continuous box girder constructed in cross-sea bridge and the construction characteristics,it discusses the key technology of the movable scaffolding system for the continuous box girder through cross-walk,installation and demolition,concrete pouring,crack prevention and control,curve bridge construction etc.The result indicates that new technology which applied in continuous box girder in crosssea bridge not only can improve the construction efficiency,quality and safety,but also can save the cost and shorten the construction time, which can effectively solve all kinds of problems under the conventional technology,and give play to the superiority of the movable scaffolding system in open sea.The advantage of construction may be adopted in other similar bridge.
