摘　　要：异丙甲草胺对雌、雄大鼠急性经口毒性LD5 0 分别为 2 3 3 0mg/kg和 3 160mg/kg ,急性经皮毒性LD5 0 大于 2 150mg/kg。眼及皮肤刺激试验均为轻度刺激性。皮肤致敏试验、精子畸形试验。In these tests of study of the general and special toxicity of metolachlor was performed.The results of the study were as following:The acute oral LD 50 for female and male rats were 2330 and 3130 mg/kg respectively;The dermal LD 50 was greater than 2000mg/kg for rats in both sexes;Light irritation to skin and eyes for rabbits was obserbed;Negative results in sensitisation for guiuia pigs;Negative results in micronucluens,sperm morphology and Ames tests.
