摘　　要：在文化强省战略下,地方高校应积极参与"理论粤军"建设,以高质量的文化研究引领地方特色文化发展,发挥高校独特优势,推动地方文化生态保护区建设。同时,还应妥善处理好学术独立与社会需要、基础研究与应用研究、文化研究与文化传播等关系,在服务社会的同时全面提升高校整体办学质量和学术水平。With the guide of Guangdong strategy to be the culturally strong province,local institutions should properly handle the rela- tionship between the academic independence and social needs, basic study and applied research, cultural studies and cultural transmis- sion so as to involve in the construction of theory ＂Yuejun＂ actively and promote local cultural development and cultural ecological preservation zone with high -quality research. While in service to the society, institutions should enhance the educational quality and academic standards.
