摘　　要：利用MATLAB软件,建立基准符合最小条件法、最小二乘法、三远点法和对角线法的面对面垂直度误差计算机数据处理系统,直接显示误差值,并通过图示直观形象地看出误差图形,实现测量数据的可视化。最后通过测量实例,证明此系统的可靠性。In this paper, the date processing method with microcomputer is presented for evaluating perpendicular error for surface with respect to surface. Then the program can be operated easily, the flatness error and parallelism error are shown with diagrammatic view. The testing results show that the algorithm is cor- rect.
