摘  要:分析主轴箱的噪声对机床的影响,并采取相应的措施,改进主轴箱的加工方法和装配方法,提高齿轮的加工精度,消除齿轮间隙,从而降低机床的噪声,确保机床的高质量和高性能。In this paper, the influence on the machine tool caused by the noise of the headstock is analyzed. Effec- tive measures are taken to improve the manufacturing and processing method of the headstock, and en- hance the machining accuracy of the gears as well as to eliminate the gear clearance. Thus the noise is reduced and the high quality as well as high performance of the machine tool is ensured.
