摘　　要：针对矩形件的变压边力成形原理设计了专门的控制系统和模具。按此原理对100t四柱液压机进行了控制系统的改造,制造了相应的模具,并且利用此系统对数值模拟的优化结果进行了试验。The authors design special control system and die based on the theory of variable blank-holder force ibr- mation of forming rectangular box. According to this theory, the authors reform the control system of 100 t-fourcolumn hydraulic press, manufacture the corresponding die, and experiment optimization results of numerical simulation using the system.
