摘　　要：通过检索国内外近年来牛链球菌感染相关文献,结合临床,药师参与治疗方案的制定,并对1例右侧嗅神经母细胞瘤术后切口感染合并菌血症患者进行随访并总结此类患者药学监护要点。根据血培养及药敏试验结果,先后给予注射用万古霉素、盐酸克林霉素注射液降阶梯、序贯治疗,同时积极预防霉菌感染。2周后患者痊愈出院。临床药师通过参与个体化给药方案的制定,促进了临床合理用药。Pharmaceutical care for the patient with Streptococcus bovis infection after olfactory neuroblastoma operation was summarized. According to the bacteria culture results of blood and wound secretions, vancomycin and clindamycin were selected as the anti-infection treatment successively. And de-escalation therapy and sequential treatment were also applied in preventing mould infection. Two weeks later, the patient recovered and discharged. Clinical pharmacists timely participated in the individuation drug therapy and promoted the clinical rational drug use.
