咪喹莫特不良反应的文献分析

摘　　要：通过检索1988–2012年国内外文献报道的与咪喹莫特相关的不良反应病例,对患者的一般情况、用药情况、不良反应的临床表现、预后和转归进行总结分析。咪喹莫特相关的不良反应主要表现为用药局部的红斑及其他多种皮肤损害,多发生于用药数周后。经过停药及对症治疗,大多数患者痊愈,未出现严重不良反应。咪喹莫特可引起多种多样的皮肤症状,临床用药过程中应注意严格用药频次和用药剂量。The case reports of adverse drug reaction related to imiquimod published in literatures from 1988 to 2012 were collected, and the baseline characteristics of the patients, the situation of drug use, the clinical manifestations, prognosis and outcome of the adverse drug reaction were analyzed. The main clinical manifestations were local erythema and other skin lesions, which often occurred several weeks after application. After drug withdrawal and heteropathy, most patients were cured. No severe adverse drug reaction was reported. Although imiquimod has favorable therapeutic efficacy, it may induce various skin lesions. More attention should be paid to the frequency and dosage of clinical application.
