摘　　要：Chomsky的生成语法理论是心智主义的,主张内在语言能力先天论。古代西方哲学的底蕴、对理性主义的扬弃以及对美国本土语言哲学思想的吸收,构成Chomsky生成语法的三大哲学基础。Chomsky＇s generative grammar is mentalist, claiming the innate linguistic ability. It is constructed on the three philosophical foundations of ancient western philosophy, sublation of rationalism, and the absorption of American linguistic philosophy.
