摘　　要：目的介绍微型腹腔镜下治疗精索静脉曲张的方法,探讨其可行性以及疗效。方法回顾性分析58例精索静脉曲张患者行微型腹腔镜下精索血管集束丝线高位结扎术的情况。结果 58例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间20～45min,平均32min,术中无并发症,术后1～2天出院,56例随访3～12个月,1例复发,无睾丸萎缩、鞘膜积液等远期并发症。结论微型腹腔镜下精索血管集束丝线高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张具有安全可靠、创伤极小、手术疤痕小、恢复快的优点。Objective To investigate the effect of high mass intro-abdominal ligation （Palomo operation） for treatment of varicocele by mini laparoscopic surgery. Methods Clinical data of 58 cases of mini laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic blood vessels cluster were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the operation were successfully performed and no severe complications occurred during hospitalization. The operation time was in 20-45min （the mean time was 32 min）, the hospital stay was for 1-2 days. One case reoccurred in a follow-up of 3 to 12 months. No atrophy of testis, hydrocele of tunica vaginalis. Conclusion Mini laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic blood vessels is safe and reliable with minimally invasive, scarring and rapid recovery.
