摘 要:研究钾长石矿热分解过程 ,对钾长石 - Ca SO4 - Ca O体系进行热力学分析 ,计算各反应在 1 2 0 0 K、1 60 0 K的 Δ G°T。研究焙烧温度、停留时间和物料配比对钾长石体系热分解为水溶性 K2 SO4 的影响 ,得出最佳操作条件 ,添加 2 #助剂 2 .5% ( wt) ,配料比 m(钾长石 )∶ m(二水石膏 )∶ m(石灰石 ) =1∶ 0 .39∶ 3,在 90 0℃下反应 3h,钾得率可达约 93%。研究四级逆流水浸的工艺条件并建立了用钾长石制硫酸钾的工艺流程。The microclineCaSO_4CaO system was determined to be used to obtain K_2SO_4 by thermodynamical analysis and computing lots of possible reactions of microcline systems. The effects of calcination temperature, time and ratios of reactants on the potassium recovery of microclineCaSO_4CaCO_3 were studied and the optimum conditions were determined as fallow: 900℃, 3.0 h, m(microcline)∶m(CaSO_4·2H_2O)∶m(CaCO_3)=1∶0 39∶3. In the presence of 2.5%(wt) additive Ⅱ, the calcination temperature droped from 1 050℃ to 900℃ and the potassium recovery was about 93%. A countercurrent multiple leaching process of K_2SO_4 from microcline calcine was established and a novel process was developed to obtain potassium sulfate from microcline.
