摘  要:介绍了一种快速评定材料耐冲刷腐蚀性能的方法 -划伤电极法。对这种方法的原理、测定方法及数据处理方法作了详细的介绍 ,并用此方法测量了 8种合金耐冲刷腐蚀性能。结果表明 ,划伤电极法可以快速、准确地评价材料的耐冲刷腐蚀性能。In this paper, we introduce a new method, i.e., using the scratching electrode technique to evaluate the erosion corrosion resistance of stainless alloys, including its principle, testing procedure and application. The resistance to erosion corrosion of 8 types of stailess alloys were tested in wet process of phosphoric acid slurry by this method. Results showed that the order of erosion corrosion resistance for 8 types of stainless alloys ranked by this method was consistent with the order ranked by weight loss. This indicates the scratching electrode technique can evaluate the erosion corrosion resistance rapidly and accurately.
