摘 要:为了提高无轴瓦楞纸板印刷模切机伺服配置设计水平,提出一种采用多学科分析软件iSIGHT软件结合VC和数据库实现瓦楞纸板印刷模切机伺服配置设计的方法。采用MDO方法构建瓦楞纸板印刷模切机伺服配置设计模型,规划了瓦楞纸板印刷模切机伺服配置设计的优化目标、设计变量与约束,通过iSIGHT软件实现瓦楞纸板印刷模切机伺服选型配置。以瓦楞纸板印刷模切机印刷部为例,阐述了基于iSIGHT软件的伺服配置设计过程。实验结果表明:采用基于iSIGHT的瓦楞纸板印刷模切机伺服配置设计方法使无轴瓦楞纸板印刷模切机的伺服配置设计过程快捷、高效。An approach of servo configuration based on the technology of muhidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) was pres- ented for improving design level of printing and die-cutting machinery of corrugated board based on the electronic line-shafting. The model of servo configuration based on MDO was developed for printing and die-cutting machinery of corrugated board, and optimization object, design variables and constraint condition of servo configuration were described. Furthermore, the process of servo configuration was implemented by using iSIGHT, VC and database for printing and die-cutting machinery of corrugated board based on the electronic line-shafting. A case of servo configuration of printing unit was used to illustrate the flow of servo configuration based on iSIGHT. The result shows the proposed method based on iSIGHT can perform the servo configuration of printing and die-cutting machinery of corruga- ted board more effectively and quickly.
