摘 要:畜禽生产中排放的氮素是最易引起生态环境问题的元素之一,由于奶牛饲养数量的增加和集约化饲养程度的不断提高,奶牛场向环境中排放的氮素对环境造成的压力也越来越大,减少奶牛氮排放已经成为日益被关注的问题。论文从适宜的日粮组成类型(包括日粮中能量,蛋白质与非结构碳水化合物的比例),饲料原料的加工方法及瘤胃原虫对细菌的氮代谢影响等方面对减少奶牛氮排放的相关营养调控措施进行了综述。The emissions of nitrogen in the production of livestock and poultry can easily cause the eco- logical environment problems. With the increased number of cows and highly intensified raising method, emissions of nitrogen of dairy cattle have led to greater stress on the environment. So lowering nitrogen excretion of dairy cattle has become a focus, which has to be solved as soon as possible. This paper reviewed the measures of relevant nutritional manipulation about reducing the emissions of nitrogen, including ap- propriate composition of diet (the proportion of protein and the energy structure carbohydrates), the method of feed raw material processing and the effect of rumen protozoa on nitrogen metabolism.
