On the Differences of CET4 Scores of Non-English Major Students——A Case Study of Students Majoring in Law in Anhui Science and Technology University

摘  要:运用定量分析的方法,对法学专业学生大学英语成绩差异进行了分析,并得出以下结论:1.法学学生英语成绩差异与入学时(高考英语成绩)有较强的关联性;2.法学学生学习动机、策略差异不大,但对课程预习、复习和朗读、听力所花时间上存在明显差异,并对英语成绩差异有一定影响。The paper uses Quantitative Method to analyze differences in CET4 scores among students who major in law, and draws the conclusion as follows: 1. the differences in their CET4 scores are significantly correlated with their scores of College Entrance Examination; 2. there is no obvious difference in their motivation and strategies for learning English, but there are clear differences in the time they spend on previewing and reviewing the text, reading and listening, which has some influence on their CET4 scores.
