摘　　要：针对目前中部槽自动焊专机的装卡装置进行了改进设计,解决了改进前存在的装卡时间长、劳动强度大等问题,改进设计后的装卡装置能够快速、准确、方便地对中部槽进行焊前装卡,提高了焊接工作效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,保证中部槽自动焊焊缝的精度及焊接质量。This paper against current automatic welding plane of central slot card device was installed to improve and design,solved problems of such as chucking a long time,labor-intensive,improved after chucking device designed central slot before be welded quickly and accurately.Increased efficiency of welding,reduced labor intensity,ensure that central groove weld precision automatic and welding quality.
