摘　　要：为提高煤矿地面生产系统的可靠性和安全性,实现地面生产系统的综合保护和集中监控,对临涣煤矿地面生产系统进行集控技术改造。采用可编程控制器,应用远程监控和巡视功能,介绍煤矿地面生产系统集中控制技术系统的组成、功能、改造方案、PLC控制模块和保护装置。通过现场运行表明:系统操作简便,技术新、功能全,运行稳定。能消除煤矿地面生产系统运行过程中产生的重大安全隐患,保障煤矿安全。Surface coal mine production system to improve reliability and security,to achieve an integrated production system ground to protect and centralized monitoring of surface coal mine production Linhuan centralized control system transformation.Programmable controllers,application of remote monitoring and inspection functions,describes production system focused coal mine ground control system components,functions,reconstruction program,PLC control module and protection devices.Through operation show： The system is simple,new technology,feature full and stable operation.Production system can eliminate coal mining operation produced significant security risks,protect coal mine safety.
