摘 要:褐煤表面含有丰富的含氧官能团,且易泥化,浮选效果差。为了提高褐煤的浮选效果,研究了煤油、轻柴油和再生烃油作为浮选捕收剂的浮选效果,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对褐煤进行表面改性再浮选的效果。实验结果表明:再生烃油用于褐煤浮选时,其效果明显好于煤油和轻柴油,浮选精煤产率达到23.59%。而煤油和轻柴油浮选时的精煤回收率分别只有10.80%和6.76%。采用CTAB对褐煤进行表面改性后,褐煤浮选效果有明显改善。精煤产率达到28.34%,比改性前提高近5%;研究还发现,CTAB与煤泥混合搅拌时间对褐煤浮选回收率有显著影响,搅拌时间为5 min时精煤产率最高,为28.94%。The lignite surface is rich in oxygen fimctional groups, and the lignite is easy to clay, which results in the poor performance of flotation. In order to improve the effect of lignite flotation, kerosene, light diesel oil and regenerate hydrocarbon oil have been used as collectors and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as the surface modifier. When the regenerate hydrocarbon oil is used as the collector, the yield of clean coal reaches 28.34%, which is better than that using kerosene and light diesel oil as collectors, only 10.80% and 6.76%, respectively. After modification with CTAB, the flotation performance of lignite has been improved significantly with a yield of clean coal of 28.34%, which is about 5% higher than that without modification. The study also fends that, the mixing and stirring time of CTAB with the coal slime has a marked effect on the recovery: 5 min of mixing produces a highest yield of clean coal of 28.94%.
