摘 要:为弄清野生变家种三叶香茶菜根茎对小鼠CCl4急性肝损伤的保护及其作用机制,采用小鼠CCl4急性肝损伤模型等方法,研究了野生变家种三叶香茶菜根茎对小鼠CCl4急性肝损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。结果表明:三叶香茶菜根茎最大耐受量(MTD)为600g/kg,是人临床用量的1 200倍;三叶香茶菜根茎对CCl4急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT水平具有显著的下调作用(P<0.05),能明显减轻肝组织病理损伤,显著提高血清T-SOD水平(P<0.05),对MDA水平具有显著下调作用(P<0.05)。野生变家种三叶香茶菜根茎对四氯化碳急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。To study the protective effect and to investigate the mechanism of the rhizome of cultivated I. ternifolius on experimental liver injury induced by CC14 in mice, the experimental liver in)ury model induced by CC14 in mice was applied to observe the effect and investigate the mechanism of rhizome of the cultivated I. ternifolius. The results showed that the MTD of rhizome of cultivated I. ternifolius was 600 g/kg, 1 200 times the human clinical dose; The rhizome of cultivated I. ternifolius could significantly lower the levels of ALT (P〈0. 05) and reduce the pathological damage of the liver tissue; And could significantly increase the level of T-SOD (P〈0. 05) in blood serum and lower the level of MDA (P〈0.05). The rhizome of cultivated I. ternifolius showed significant protective action on acute liver injury in mice.
